Order Cancellation and Modifications
You may request changes or cancellations to your order within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please Note: Furniture Kingdom is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Shipping Within the United Kingdom Only
At this time, Furniture Kingdom ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping services at the moment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
If you do not receive this email, please contact us at contact@furniturekingdom.uk, and we’ll provide your tracking details.

What to Do If Your Order Shows as Delivered but You Haven’t Received It
If your tracking information indicates your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:
- Check with neighbors or household members who may have received the package on your behalf.
- Verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email for accuracy.
- Contact the carrier to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of delivery.
- Share the proof of non-delivery with us at contact@furniturekingdom.uk, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue — including issuing a refund or replacement if necessary.
